Incoterms references are based on ICC Incoterms 2020. Confirm specific terms per shipment with our trade desk. For buyers in Saudi Arabia we also deliver DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) through our Saudi company, which imports the goods in its own name, clears customs and delivers to your warehouse.
All orders are executed via Full Container Loads (FCL). Our standard unit is the 40ft High Cube Reefer. Partial loads are not supported. This allows us to maintain cold chain integrity end to end.
