Risk transfers when goods pass the ship's rail at Port of Loading.

Risk transfers at Port of Loading. Freight and insurance paid by seller.

Minimum Order Quantity

All orders are executed via Full Container Loads (FCL). Our standard unit is the 40ft High Cube Reefer. Partial loads are not supported. This allows us to maintain cold chain integrity end to end.

T/T (Telegraphic Transfer)

30% advance payment upon order confirmation. 70% balance against copy of Bill of Lading.

L/C (Letter of Credit)

Irrevocable L/C at sight from Tier 1 banks. Recommended for large contracts and new trading relationships.

Payment terms may be adjusted for established long-term partners based on trading history.
