Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the Nawa Fresh website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website.

RFQ & Quotation Disclaimer

Submitting an inquiry through our website's Request for Quotation (RFQ) form or via WhatsApp/WeChat does not constitute a legally binding contract. No binding agreement exists until:

1. 01A formal Proforma Invoice (PI) is issued by Nawa Fresh
2. 02The Proforma Invoice is signed by an authorized representative of the buying company
3. 03The agreed deposit payment is received and confirmed in our account

Verbal discussions, email exchanges, and preliminary quotations are for informational purposes only and do not create contractual obligations.

Market Volatility Clause

Fresh produce prices and ocean freight rates are subject to significant market fluctuations. Nawa Fresh reserves the right to adjust quoted prices in the following circumstances:

• Significant changes in ocean freight rates
• Currency exchange rate fluctuations exceeding 5%
• Supply disruptions due to weather, disease, or geopolitical events
• Changes in fuel surcharges or port handling fees

Final confirmed prices are valid for the period specified in the Proforma Invoice only.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website is the property of Nawa Fresh including:

• The "Nawa" and "Nawa Fresh" trademarks and logos
• Product descriptions, technical specifications, and imagery
• Proprietary data tables, packaging specifications, and logistics information
• Website design, layout, and user interface
