- Availability
- Harvest runs September to November, and controlled-atmosphere storage extends steady supply through April.
Our green kiwifruit (Hayward) comes from orchards in Shaanxi province, where cool mountain nights and mineral-rich loess soils build sugar slowly and evenly. Fruit is picked at 6.5+ Brix, pre-cooled within hours of harvest, and held in controlled-atmosphere storage, so it travels firm, ripens predictably at destination, and gives retailers a longer shelf window with less shrink.
